Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. This month’s edition is all about trust, growth and energy. With spring so close, it is an invitation to set new intentions, and align ourselves with who we want to become and what we love, and embody the life we want to live. March has been wild, a little rough, and full of inner shifts. Therefore, I’m particularly excited to share what has moved my heart this month.

Never give up and you will find a way—always. If you don’t give up, you will eventually succeed. You will get to where you want to be, if you aren’t discouraged when success is not immediate. If you simply try another way, when the way you initially chose does not work. If you are resilient and keep putting in the work, the daily effort, it is bound to have an impact. When you choose consistency over motivation, and you begin believing in yourself, your potential becomes endless. Because you are no longer leaving it up to chance, but you are working towards it. You are showing up day after day and keeping going when others are not. You are fueling the passion in a way that transforms it into purpose. You are pushing through even when doubt creeps in, you are using setbacks as setups, and you are keeping going even when it’s hard. And that’s what will get you there in the end. Because you can achieve anything. You can accomplish anything you envision. Whatever you have ever dreamed is already waiting there for you.

Change, progress, growth and healing, it’s not always visible, but it’s happening. Right now, in every so little moment, it’s taking place beneath the surface. It’s there, even when it’s not instantly apparent. There is growth in all the subtle shifts, the change in choices, the replacing of routines, and the altering of patterns. It’s in the way you pause before reacting, the way you extend yourself more grace, the way you begin to trust life’s unfolding instead of resisting it. You might feel stuck or lost, as if nothing is moving, but transformation is working its way from within, expanding outward in its own time. And one day you will realize it. When the thoughts you once had become unfamiliar, the emotions that used to consume you now swiftly pass by, and what seemed broken now feels whole. You may not notice the shift as it happens, but one day, you will look back and see just how much you’ve changed. Eventually you will look back and realize how much you’ve grown and how far you’ve truly come.

You don’t need to have all the answers right now. Just trust. Trust that things are unfolding exactly as they are meant to. Life has a way of working out and everything is finding its way to you. It’s all unfolding in your favor, it’s not happening to you but for you. If it is for you it will find you and if it isn’t it will pass by you. And so even when things don’t go as planned, even when the path takes you to somewhere you didn’t want to go, even when things don’t turn out how you thought they would or expected them to, trust that it’s leading you somewhere meaningful. Trust in a higher purpose. There is a timing for it all. There is a reason for everything. And when you surrender to that trust, when you stop resisting and start allowing, a deep sense of peace settles in. You don’t have to control everything. You don’t have to force what isn’t ready. You just have to keep moving forward with an open heart, knowing that everything is aligning in ways you may not yet understand, but one day will.

say no when it doesn’t feel right. I will respect my own needs and desires, listening to what aligns with my values. I will trust my intuition and let it guide me on my path.
2
invite curiosity. Through asking questions and requesting feedback, I will work to develop a more comprehensive understanding of ideas and concepts. I will commit to continuous learning and be open to attaining new knowledge and experience.

My highlight this month was definitely the intensive week of my yoga teacher training. Although it wasn’t always easy, this journey has opened my heart in ways I never thought it could. I learnt so much and have developed such a deep and profound passion for yoga, which I hope to be able to share with you and many others soon. I’m beyond grateful for the connection I experienced—to myself and others—and for the love that surrounded me. Similarly, I am so thankful for a deeply healing breathwork session I had this month. On another note, Feli came to Munich for a few days in March—I especially loved our deep talks and baking banana bread together. Lastly, I am really excited to be working together with a wonderful soul on a new project soon.
